All content on the site — copy, imagery, code snippets, brand assets — is owned by Wedece or licensed to us, except where clearly attributed. Client work is governed by the specific engagement agreement, and by default clients own the delivered code and assets in full.

3. Restrictions

• No redistribution or resale of site content without written consent.
• No scraping or automated harvesting beyond what robots.txt allows.
• No attempts to breach security or disrupt the site.

4. Engagements

Project engagements are governed by a written Statement of Work. Pricing, timeline, deliverables, payment terms and change-requests are defined there.

5. Liability

We do our best work, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site or third-party integrations. Liability is limited to the amount paid under the relevant engagement.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country of our primary operating entity. Disputes will be resolved amicably first; if necessary, in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
