The challenge
Every project starts with a concrete constraint: a deadline, a legacy codebase, a brand identity gap or a pivot that needs to ship this quarter. For Waligórki Acting School, the team needed a partner that could design, engineer, launch and support the whole thing without hand-offs.
Our approach
We ran a one-day discovery, turned it into a Figma prototype the same week, and shipped the first production slice inside two weeks. The stack we picked — Custom SaaS, Scheduling, Wix — was chosen so a two-person pod could move fast without inheriting tech debt. Daily preview deploys replaced status meetings.
Outcome
The product went live on schedule, the client team owns a clean codebase with handover docs, and we continue to ship weekly under a Run engagement.
